All products sold by pep4less are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic use. Nothing on the site is a claim of safety or efficacy in humans or animals.
You must be 21 years or older and a qualified researcher able to safely handle research materials. By entering the site and by completing checkout, you affirmatively certify that the products are for laboratory research only, not for human or animal consumption, and that you are 21 or older. This certification is recorded with each order.
We ship within the United States. We do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are restricted or prohibited, and we may decline or cancel any order. You are responsible for confirming that import and use are lawful at your destination. Do not export the products in violation of applicable export-control or customs laws.
Prices are shown per single vial and may change at any time. Purity and testing statements ("99%+ purity," "independently third-party tested," "COA on file") describe laboratory testing data for representative lots; a Certificate of Analysis is available on request. We may correct errors and change pricing, products, or availability at any time.
The products and site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, pep4less is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue. You agree to indemnify pep4less against claims arising from your misuse of the products or breach of these terms.

This policy explains what information pep4less collects and how it is used.
When you place an order, the order summary is prepared as an email from you to info@pep4less.shop using your own email application. Order details (and a referral code, if any) may also be transmitted to our order-tracking system so we can fulfill the order and attribute referrals. Payment is arranged separately through the third-party app you select (for example Cash App or Zelle); those services handle your payment data under their own privacy policies, and we do not collect or store full payment credentials.
We share information only as needed to fulfill orders (for example with shipping carriers) and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
You can clear the site's local storage at any time through your browser settings. To request access to or deletion of order information we hold, email info@pep4less.shop.
For safety and integrity reasons, research materials cannot be accepted back into inventory once shipped. All sales are final except as described below.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pep4less.shop with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items at our discretion.
If tracking shows your order was not delivered, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, though the above protections still apply.
Orders are packed discreetly and appropriately for research materials. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
We ship within the United States only and do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are restricted. You are responsible for confirming that receipt and use are lawful at your address. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
